RLC RUGBY UNION LOOKING FOR NEW TEAM MANAGER

The RLC Rugby Union 1st XV Team is a high-performing team that competes at both Army level and in external competitions. The club has a strong vision to continue to develop its reputation as an exciting, prestigious team within Defence while best preparing its players for selection at Army and Inter-Services level.

The Club is currently advertising for the role of ‘1st XV Team Manager’ and is looking for the right candidate to represent the team as part of the Club Committee. The position is integral to the 1st XV Team’s success and therefore requires an individual who is able to dedicate the required time to the role.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, passionate, organised and have a keen interest in Rugby Union. Key responsibilities include: managing the registration of all 1st XV players, production of calling notices and team sheets to inform unit hierarchies and representing the team’s interests as part of the Club Committee.

Candidates should be ready to start a handover with the current Team Manager in June 2021.
