Kriss Akabusi presents the Sports Awards

Today celebrity Kriss Akabusi presented the RLC Sports Awards at Corps Open Day. The awards recognise excellence and sporting achievements by serving members of the Corps.

Kriss Akabusi previously served in the Royal Corps of Signals and Army Physical Training Corps, before embarking on an athletics career. Akabusi won medals at  both the Olympic and Commonwealth games, and set the fastest British record for 400m hurdles, which still stands today.

ABF South East hosted an incredible Inter-Regiment Dragon Boat Race last Sunday.
