9 Regt Buckley Day

Buckley Day held by 9 Regt on 11 May 18 was a full day event that showed off unit capabilities and sport, a dinner night that marked RLC25 and the 161st anniversary of the BUCKLEY VC.

The BUCKLEY VC was awarded following gallant actions at the Delhi Magazine and it’s after whom
9 Regt’s barracks are named after. Both the Corps Col and Corps SM participated.

Catering Training Wing put their culinary skills to the test during Exercise COMBINED WARRIOR, an Infantry Battle School-led exercise under the TRADEWIND banner. 22 trainees served up over 300 meals in the Brecon training area, supporting partner schools and showcasing cutting-edge training techniques like drone flyovers for real-time heat imaging.
